GNI Screen Sharing

You agree in the course of receiving on-line support from GNI Limited, in addition to any other terms and conditions of business between us, that GNI Limited, its' directors, employees, agents and contractors ("GNI") are hereby authorised to interrogate, access and/or make such changes to your or your agents computer system(s) as GNI shall in its absolute discretion deem necessary. GNI shall not be liable, (without limitation to the generality in contract, tort or breach of statutory duty) for any and all special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (including without limitation, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of profit, loss of data, or corruption of data, loss of goodwill, or reputation or wasted management time) which may be incurred or experienced as a result of GNI undertaking on-line support." Such authority may only be revoked upon written notice to GNI and acknowledgement to you of our receipt of such notice. This agreement is subject to English law.
